Shipping of Firearm

Buyer and/or User of this site acknowledges and agrees that items displayed on this site are available for online purchase only. Online pricing and stock do not reflect in-store pricing and stock.

Buyer and/or User of this site acknowledges and agrees it is illegal to ship firearms to anyone not holding an active Federal Firearms License (FFL). Firearms purchased online may be picked up at our retail store or shipped to an FFL (Federal Firearms Licensee) near you.

Buyer and/or User of this site acknowledges and agrees we only provide a generic list of FFL providers at checkout. The FFL providers listed on our site may or may not still be in business, may or may not accept transfers, may or may not accept dropship orders (99% of orders are dropshipped from one of our wholesale partners), and may or may not have other unforeseen issues. Buyer and/or User of this site agrees to be responsible for ensuring the FFL provider selected can and will accept their order.

Buyer and/or User of this site agrees to be responsible for ensuring the chosen FFL provider is open for business and can and will accept their transfer at the premises address listed on the FFL’s (Federal Firearms Licensee’s) license and that the address matches the address selected when placing the order.

Buyer and/or User of this site agrees to be responsible for providing an alternate FFL provider if their chosen FFL provider cannot or will not accept their transfer at the premises address listed on their FFL license for any reason including, but not limited to, not accepting dropship orders, internal holds with dropship providers or any other restrictions of any kind.

Buyer and/or User of this site consents and agrees to provide elitedefensesecurity.com with an alternate FFL provider, if requested, for any reason determined at elitedefensega.com and/or its assignees sole discretion. Buyer and/or User of this site acknowledges some of these reasons may include our distributors not shipping to home-based FFL’s, internal holds with elitedefensega.com or any of our distributors, address disputes or any other reason determined at elitedefensega.com sole discretion. Buyer and/or User of this site acknowledges and agrees that most reasons for internal holds or shipping restrictions are confidential information and may not be able to be shared with the Buyer and/or User of this site.

Buyer and/or User of this site agrees to be responsible for any shipping, restocking and/or any other charges associated with their chosen FFL provider failing and/or refusing to accept their firearm(s) and/or any other item(s) purchased on this site.

Buyer and/or User of this site agrees to be responsible for any shipping, restocking, and/or any other charges associated with orders failing to be accepted at the attempted delivery time of carrier Buyer and/or User of this site acknowledges and agrees that firearm orders cannot be shipped without a copy of your selected FFL providers license. Buyer and/or User of this site acknowledges and agrees the FFL license number does not satisfy the FFL license copy requirement. Buyer and/or User of this site agrees to be responsible for having their chosen FFL provider send a copy of their license to info@elitedefensega.com within 5 days. Buyer and/or User of this site acknowledges and agrees that orders not receiving a matching FFL copy within 5 days will be subject to the Order Cancellation fee.

Buyer and/or User of this site acknowledges and agrees we only ship to the Continental United States with the exception of California. Buyer and/or User of this site acknowledges and agrees elitedefensega.com does not ship to California, Alaska, Hawaii, or any other place outside of the Continental United States.

Buyer and/or User of this site acknowledges and agrees that orders placed outside of the shipping area will be cancelled and the Order Cancellation Fee will be charged. Buyer and/or User of this site acknowledges and agrees we only ship to the Continental United States with the exception of California.

Buyer and/or User of this site agrees to be responsible for ensuring the customer information matches the billing information for the card used to pay for the order. Buyer and/or User of this site acknowledges and agrees orders with non-matching information is subject to the Order Cancellation Fee.

Buyer and/or User of this site acknowledges and agrees that orders cannot be changed after being placed. Buyer and/or User of this site agrees to be responsible for ensuring orders are correct before placing an order. Buyer and/or User of this site agrees to be responsible for paying the applicable Order Cancellation Fee for any changes to placed orders.

Buyer and/or User of this site agrees to be responsible for ensuring the return of products deemed at elitedefensega.com and/or its assignees sole discretion needs to be returned at no additional cost over actual return shipping charges from their chosen FFL provider. Buyer and/or User of this site agrees to be responsible for paying any charges over actual shipping charges levied by their chosen FFL provider for returns required for any reason whatsoever, including shipments of any kind with or without errors in accuracy of the product delivered.

Buyer and/or User of this site acknowledges and agrees elitedefensega.com is not and will not be responsible for paying transfer fees and/or return fees charged by their chosen FFL provider. Buyer and/or User of this site agrees to be responsible for paying any transfer fees, return fees and/or fees of any kind charged by their chosen FFL provider for any reason whatsoever.

Shipping Without Insurance.

Buyer and/or User of this site agrees Shipping without Insurance is available and does Not cover shipments after given to the carrier. Buyer and/or User of this site agrees to be responsible for orders that are Damaged, Lost, or Stolen when using Shipping without Insurance. Buyer and/or User of this site agrees to be responsible to contact the carrier to file any claims when using Shipping without Insurance Shipping. Buyer and/or User of this site agrees they are responsible for Extra Shipping Charges due to large or oversized orders not calculated at checkout. Buyer and/or User of this site agrees to pay for additional charges associated with Large or Oversized Orders. Buyer and/or User of this site agrees that Cancelling Orders due to additional charges for Large or Oversized orders will be charged the Order Cancellation Fee.

Shipping With Insurance.

Buyer and/or User of this site agrees Shipping with Insurance is available and covers orders that have been damaged, lost, or stolen while in transit. Damaged claims with Photos Attached must be submitted to info@elitedefensega.com within 24 hours of Carrier Confirmed Delivery. Shipping with Insurance coverage ends upon Carrier Confirmed Delivery. elitedefensega.com and/or its assignees are not responsible for Damage, Loss, or Theft after Carrier Confirmed Delivery. Buyer and/or User of this site agrees that Shipping with Insurance amount paid is not refundable in the case of a claim.

Non-Firearm Shipping.

Buyer and/or User of this site acknowledges and agrees that elitedefensega.com will not ship to P.O. Boxes, orders placed for shipment to P.O. Boxes will be cancelled and subject to the Order Cancellation Fee. Buyer and/or User of this site agrees that all non-firearm items ordered must ship to the Billing address. Buyer and/or User of this site acknowledges that they are responsible for accepting delivery of their items at the address provided. Buyer and/or User of this site agrees to provide matching Billing and Shipping addresses for all non-firearm items ordered from this site. Buyer and/or User of this site agrees not to place an order with this site for non-firearm items if the Billing and Shipping addresses do not match. Buyer and/or User of this site agrees that orders for non-firearm items placed on this site where the Billing and Shipping addresses do not match will be subject to the applicable Order Cancellation Fee. Unfortunately, due to the amount of fraud, this is required to keep our prices as low as possible for all our customers.
