Firearm Purchases.
Firearms available for purchase on our website are subject to local, state, and federal regulations. You must undergo all required background checks and meet eligibility criteria before completing a firearm purchase. We reserve the right to cancel any order that violates these regulations.
Buyer and/or User of this site acknowledges and agrees that items displayed on this site are available for online purchase only. Online pricing and stock do not reflect in-store pricing and stock.
Buyer and/or User of this site acknowledges and agrees it is illegal to ship firearms to anyone not holding an active Federal Firearms License (FFL). Firearms purchased online will be shipped to an FFL (Federal Firearms Licensee) near you.
Buyer and/or User of this site acknowledges and agrees we only provide a generic list of FFL providers at checkout. The FFL providers listed on our site may or may not still be in business, may or may not accept transfers, may or may not accept dropship orders (99% of orders are dropshipped from one of our wholesale partners), and may or may not have other unforeseen issues. Buyer and/or User of this site agrees to be responsible for ensuring the FFL provider selected can and will accept their order.
Buyer and/or User of this site agrees to be responsible for ensuring the chosen FFL provider is open for business and can and will accept their transfer at the premises address listed on the FFL’s (Federal Firearms Licensee’s) license and that the address matches the address selected when placing the order.
Buyer and/or User of this site agrees to be responsible for providing an alternate FFL provider if their chosen FFL provider cannot or will not accept their transfer at the premises address listed on their FFL license for any reason including, but not limited to, not accepting dropship orders, internal holds with dropship providers or any other restrictions of any kind.
Buyer and/or User of this site consents and agrees to provide elitedefensega.com with an alternate FFL provider, if requested, for any reason determined at elitedefensega.com and/or its assignees sole discretion. Buyer and/or User of this site acknowledges some of these reasons may include our distributors not shipping to home-based FFL’s, internal holds with elitedefensega.com or any of our distributors, address disputes or any other reason determined at elitedefensega.com sole discretion. Buyer and/or User of this site acknowledges and agrees that most reasons for internal holds or shipping restrictions are confidential information and may not be able to be shared with the Buyer and/or User of this site.
Buyer and/or User of this site agrees to be responsible for any shipping, restocking and/or any other charges associated with their chosen FFL provider failing and/or refusing to accept their firearm(s) and/or any other item(s) purchased on this site.
Buyer and/or User of this site agrees to be responsible for any shipping, restocking, and/or any other charges associated with orders failing to be accepted at the attempted delivery time of carrier Buyer and/or User of this site acknowledges and agrees that firearm orders cannot be shipped without a copy of your selected FFL providers license. Buyer and/or User of this site acknowledges and agrees the FFL license number does not satisfy the FFL license copy requirement. Buyer and/or User of this site agrees to be responsible for having their chosen FFL provider send a copy of their license to info@elitedefensega.com within 5 days. Buyer and/or User of this site acknowledges and agrees that orders not receiving a matching FFL copy within 5 days will be subject to the Order Cancellation fee.
Buyer and/or User of this site acknowledges and agrees we only ship to the Continental United States with the exception of California. Buyer and/or User of this site acknowledges and agrees elitedefensega.com does not ship to California, Alaska, Hawaii, or any other place outside of the Continental United States.
Buyer and/or User of this site acknowledges and agrees that orders placed outside of the shipping area will be cancelled and the Order Cancellation Fee will be charged. Buyer and/or User of this site acknowledges and agrees we only ship to the Continental United States with the exception of California.
Buyer and/or User of this site agrees to be responsible for ensuring the customer information matches the billing information for the card used to pay for the order. Buyer and/or User of this site acknowledges and agrees orders with non-matching information is subject to the Order Cancellation Fee.
Buyer and/or User of this site acknowledges and agrees that orders cannot be changed after being placed. Buyer and/or User of this site agrees to be responsible for ensuring orders are correct before placing an order. Buyer and/or User of this site agrees to be responsible for paying the applicable Order Cancellation Fee for any changes to placed orders.
Buyer and/or User of this site agrees to be responsible for ensuring the return of products deemed at elitedefensega.com and/or its assignees sole discretion needs to be returned at no additional cost over actual return shipping charges from their chosen FFL provider. Buyer and/or User of this site agrees to be responsible for paying any charges over actual shipping charges levied by their chosen FFL provider for returns required for any reason whatsoever, including shipments of any kind with or without errors in accuracy of the product delivered.
Buyer and/or User of this site acknowledges and agrees elitedefensega.com is not and will not be responsible for paying transfer fees and/or return fees charged by their chosen FFL provider. Buyer and/or User of this site agrees to be responsible for paying any transfer fees, return fees and/or fees of any kind charged by their chosen FFL provider for any reason whatsoever.
Warranty For New Firearms.
Buyer and/or User of this site acknowledges and agrees most new firearms and products are warranted by the manufacturer and product returns or repairs must be arranged directly with the manufacturer by the Buyer and/or User of this site. Buyer and/or User of this site acknowledges and agrees that elitedefensega.com and/or its assignees do not provide warranties or repairs for any item as any warranties and/or repairs, if available, are provided by the manufacturer of the firearm or product purchased. Buyer and/or User of this site acknowledges and agrees to contact the manufacturer of any product they want to order to verify the warranty availability and requirements prior to completing a purchase. Buyer and/or User of this site acknowledges and agrees that elitedefensega.com and/or its assignees will not be responsible for manufacturer warranty terms and conditions or availability of a manufacturer warranty as this is the Buyer and/or User of this sites sole responsibility.
Buyer and/or User of this site acknowledges and agrees that most manufacturers require the Buyer and/or User of this site to pay shipping costs to send a firearm to the manufacturer for warranty issues. Buyer and/or User of this site acknowledges and agrees to contact and verify the warranty, if available, before completing a purchase. Buyer and/or User of this site acknowledges and agrees that elitedefensega.com and/or its assignees will not be responsible for the Buyer and or User of this sites decision not to verify and agree to follow the manufacturers warranty policy prior to placing an order.
Buyer and/or User of this site acknowledges and agrees to pay shipping charges if they have a warranty issue, unfortunately, this is the policy of most manufacturers. Buyer and/or User of this site acknowledges and agrees that elitedefensega.com and/or its assignees does not provide shipping for their firearm or other product if they have a warranty issue; please do not place an order on this site if this is not acceptable to you.
Buyer and/or User of this site acknowledges and agrees that manufacturer defects, including, but not limited to, cosmetic defects, must be handled through the manufacturer. Buyer and/or User of this site agrees to contact the manufacturer directly for warranty, repair, or replacement of their item. Buyer and/or User of this site acknowledges and agrees that elitedefensega.com does not warranty any item for any reason including, but not limited to, manufacturing defects and/or cosmetic issues. Buyer and/or User of this site agrees to contact the manufacturer for any available and/or applicable warranty claims.
State Restrictions.
Buyer and/or User of this site acknowledges and agrees that we will not modify a firearm from its manufactured packing in order to make it compliant with your state laws, this includes removing magazines. Buyer and/or User of this site acknowledges and agrees that we will not ship firearms to a third party to be modified or changes in any way from manufactured specifications. Buyer and/or User of this site agrees to only order firearms that are compliant as is from the manufacturer, Buyer and/or User of this site will be responsible for shipping and all other related charges associated with ordering a firearm or other product that is not compliant in their State as is from the manufacturer.
Indemnification Agreement.
Buyer and/or User of his site acknowledges and agrees to be responsible for all representations made when making purchases under the Store Policies (Terms and Conditions) contained on this site. Buyer and/or User of this site acknowledges and agrees to be responsible for incorrect representations or if Buyer and/or User of this site fails to comply with these Store Policies (Terms and Conditions) of sale, then Buyer and/or User of this site will indemnify, defend, sale harmless, and release elitedefensega.com and its owners, agents, officers, and employees against any civil liability or criminal prosecution resulting from Buyer and/or User of this site’s purchase, or other use of this site, from elitedefensega.com and/or its assignees.
Buyer and/or User of this site acknowledges and agrees that by placing an order, Buyer and/or User of this site releases elitedefensega.com and/or its assignees from any and all liability arising from or related to the product(s) Buyer and/or User of this site purchased from elitedefensega.com and/or its assignees, including, but not limited to, Buyer and/or User of this site and/or anyone else’s handling or transportation of the product(s), and Buyer and/or User of this site agrees to indemnify, defend, save harmless, and release elitedefensega.com and its owners, agents, officers, and employees against any civil liability or criminal prosecution resulting from the product(s) Buyer and/or User of this site purchased from elitedefensega.com) and/or its assignees.
Restocking Fees.
Buyer and/or User of this site acknowledges and agrees that if for any reason a firearm or other item must be shipped back to one of our wholesale partners or our retail location, the Buyer and/or User of this site will be responsible for paying the return shipping and all other related costs and fees.
Buyer and/or User of this site acknowledges and agrees that upon our receipt of your new, unopened item, your purchase price minus original shipping, minus return shipping, minus a 20% restocking fee will be refunded to your card or other original payment method. No refund, partial or otherwise, can or will be issued until returned product has been received and processed.
Buyer and/or User of this site understands that elitedefensega.com does not offer reshipment of items that have been returned.
Buyer and/or User of this site agrees we will not accept return shipments without a Return Authorization Number - Contact us to obtain a Return Authorization Number. Items shipped to us without a return authorization number will be considered abandoned and no refund of any kind will be issued.
Returns.
Buyer and/or User of this site agrees that all sales are final, including firearms, ammunition, accessories, optics or any other products on this website.
Buyer and/or User of this site agrees to work directly with the Manufacturer for replacement or repair of any products on this website. Manufacturer may or may not be able to replace or repair the products on this website. elitedefensega.com does not accept returns, offer replacement or repair any of the products on this website.
Buyer and/or User of this site agrees that any item returned to us or one of our wholesale partners will not be entitled to a refund of any kind.
Failed Background Check And/Or Failure To Accept Order.
Buyer and/or User of this site agrees to accept and transfer their order from their FFL provider within 7 Business Days.
Buyer and/or User of this site agrees to pay for Original Shipping costs, Return Shipping costs, and a 20% Restocking Fee on any order that is not transferred to Buyer and/or User of this site within 7 business days.
Ammunition Purchases.
Buyer and/or User of this site agrees that they are 18 or older to Purchase Rifle or Shotgun Ammunition and 21 or older to Purchase Handgun ammunition. Buyer and/or User of this site agrees to always make sure to use the correct ammunition for your Specific Firearm. Buyer and/or User of this site agrees to ensure compliance with All Local, State or Federal Laws or any other regulations.
Customer Service.
Buyer and/or User of this site agrees to contact our customer service staff through our contact us page if you have questions, concerns or requests.
Buyer and/or User of this site understands that elitedefensega.com and/or its assignees communicate primarily through email.
Buyer and/or User of this site understands they are responsible for providing a valid email address at the time of checkout. Buyer and/or User of this site understands that elitedefensega.com is not responsible for a customer providing an invalid email address.
